Our new villa project is located in a quiet Tepe area close to the city center of Alanya, overlooking the sea, Alanya Castle and natural landscapes Mediterranean coast.

On a plot of 1,050 m2 there are two villas, each of which has an area with a plot of 525 m2 including a swimming pool and parking.
The villa is built on two floors.
Ground floor: salon, bathroom, utility room, and a separate room for work (office).
Second floor: one of the bedrooms has a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a spacious dressing room, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms.
Location: Tepe Mahallesi (1728 Ada 5 Persel). To the center of Alanya 3km, to the Port 4km to
Gazipasa Airport 40km and Antalya Airport 110km.

Design: Our project is designed with exclusive architectural design.
Panoramic windows with double glazing with automatic shutters of the Siemens brand system, high-quality entrance iron doors and wooden interior doors are installed.
Ceiling and walls made of plasterboard with spotlights (NHXMH brand), water-based paint. Installed electrical sockets with output for TV
antenna and air conditioners. The floors are lined with marble and porcelain tiles.
The kitchen has a built-in kitchen unit. Fully equipped bathrooms with installed plumbing.

-CCTV cameras from STARLIGHT company with night vision function, which can be controlled via phone.
